HR Payroll & Compensation Accountant

Permanent employee, Full-time

We are looking for someone with strong payroll, accounting and HR administration experience, capable of managing complex remuneration structures in an operational aviation environment.

The role involves:
• Payroll calculations and validation
• Per diem calculations and tax threshold verification
• Coordination of employee remuneration structures
• Preparation and verification of payroll/payment reports
• Managing employee schedules and roster-related payroll inputs
• Coordination with external payroll/accounting providers
• Support with employment contracts, amendments and remuneration structures
• Ensuring payroll and tax compliance processes

The ideal candidate should have:
• Strong payroll and accounting background
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Experience with payroll automation systems/software
• Very good Excel skills
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
• Ability to work with complex compensation models
• Aviation experience represents a strong advantage

Experience with rotational schedules or international payroll environments is highly appreciated.
