Digital & E-commerce Manager

Your primary mission is to drive the success of Flyyo’s digital platforms by ensuring a seamless customer journey from search to post-booking. You will maintain a relentless focus on maximizing Ancillary Revenue per Passenger and achieving defined Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) targets.

Key Accountabilities

Platform Ownership: Oversee the functionality, design, and ongoing optimization of the website and mobile app.

Campaign & Budget Execution: Serve as the owner of the execution budget, managing daily/weekly controls for media buying and tactical promotions.

Agency Management: Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for external marketing and media-buying agencies, ensuring performance KPIs are met.

SEO & CRM Implementation: Own the technical and content execution of Search Engine Optimization and deploy CRM campaigns (email, push notifications).

Conversion Optimization: Use web analytics, heat-mapping, and A/B testing to drive measurable improvements in the booking funnel.

Requirements & Competencies

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and commercial results-orientation.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing execution, preferably in the aviation domain.

• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar media budgets (PPC, Display, Paid Social).

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CMS, digital analytics tools (Google Analytics/Adobe), and A/B testing platforms.

• Deep knowledge of SEO best practices, including site architecture and Core Web Vitals.

• Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
