First Officer A320

Join our dynamic team and build your career in the cockpit. As a First Officer, you’ll gain the experience and mentorship needed to progress toward a future command role.

We expect you to have:

  • Part-FCL CPL with ATPL theory subjects completed

  • Valid A320 type rating (MPA)

  • Valid Instrument Rating and PBN/RNP endorsement

  • Valid Proficiency Check

  • Class 1 Medical Certificate (Part MED compliant)

  • ICAO English proficiency – minimum level 4

  • Clear criminal record

  • Recommendation letter (preferred)

  • Minimum 200 hours on type

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reference check and interview panel review

  • Simulator check on Airbus A320 with Flyyo TRE/SFE and Training Management

  • Psychological evaluation

  • Assessment of practical flying skills, theoretical knowledge, and teamwork/CRM
